SHIPPING 

DOMESTIC DELIVERY — GHANA 

We deliver across Ghana twice a week, every Tuesday and Friday. Domestic delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We ship worldwide, with an estimated delivery time of 5–10 working days. International shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order. The applicable shipping charge will be communicated to you for approval before your order is processed.

RETURNS & REFUNDS 

All orders are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

EXCHANGES

If you need to make an exchange, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us before your order is shipped or goes out for delivery. Once an order has shipped or been delivered, we’re not able to process exchanges, returns, or refunds.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If your order arrives damaged, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at faybeautygh@gmail.com with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. Our team will review your request and assist you accordingly.

BODY BUTTER MELTING

Due to Ghana’s warm climate, our Whipped Shea Body Butters may melt during delivery, especially for orders going outside Accra. The butter may soften, melt completely, or appear reduced in volume.

Please note that melting does not affect the quality of the product. Once the butter cools and solidifies, the texture may be slightly different, and the contents may appear less than before.

To re-solidify melted body butter, place it in the refrigerator for up to 10 minutes, then allow it to return to room temperature before use.

We take care to package your order as securely as possible during transit. For international deliveries, our shipments are handled by DHL using a heat-controlled environment where applicable.
